Workshop: An Introduction to Legal Project Management (hosted by CCASA)

  • The Wanderers Club North Street Sandton, GP, 2196 South Africa (map)

Why should you attend?

Sweeping changes in today’s legal marketplace have created powerful incentives for in-house legal departments and law firms to manage legal matters more efficiently and effectively. Be it legal work being executed and managed in-house, or delegated to external counsel, there is an increased demand for legal departments to understand, track and manage their work, within budget, maintaining compliance, and managing risk. As the scope and volume of legal work increases, legal project management (LPM) tools and techniques are being applied to manage, control and report.

On completion of the workshop delegates will:

  • Understand what LPM is, what its objectives are, and what benefits it offers to legal teams
  • Be introduced to LPM’s key concepts, terminology and processes
  • Be aware of how LPM can be introduced to your company

Course fees are as follows:

  • CCASA Members: R750.00
  • Non-CCASA Members: R1,250.00

All bookings shall be made via the Corporate Counsel Association of South Africa (CCASA) using this booking form
